Reality VS Expectations

Backstory: I just learned this drop literally about an hour before this epic fail. Lol. Did it with a mat, had no issues. Upgraded to not using a mat and again, had no issues. Decided to do one more before I left and then that failure happened... TWICE!

Pole Fail

I just tried to do a pole workout after a month of putting it on hold, and it was an epic fail.

My hands were way too tired and I couldn't grip the pole hard enough.  And the last time I did pole was when I had that class and was able to do a fallen' angel.  I couldn't even get the footwork down....

Its also the day after, two days at crossfit so my hands might be tired from that?

I realize I'm way too hard on myself.
