A Swallowtail Moment

A female swallowtail butterfly, called the Common Mormon because of its polymorphism, feeding on Panama Rose flowers in the Gardens by the Bay.
Me, a year ago: “Being a polymorph also means there’s species that I know for a fact aren’t me per se. Like, I don’t know if I’d ever consider an insect shift to be an actual identity of mine.”
Me, this morning: *woke up as a moth and it feels right in the way that my other ‘types feel right*

https://pshifting.carrd.co/ sorry to bother but
what are fantashifters & polyshifters?
no worries at all!! I love answering questions ^^
unfortunately I'm not familiar with the fantashifter term so I'm sure someone else can help clarify this, but the term polyshifter (also known as "polymorphs" in some contexts) usually refers to someone who has more than one form to shift into within the same animal family. its said that they're kind of rare since shifting into one form is already energy heavy and exhausting and I'm not sure on the specifics of if it's possible to be a coyote and dragon shifter at the same time for example, since the polyshifters forms from what I've heard tend to be within the same animal family (ex: a wolf shifter being able to shift into another canine).
thats as much as my knowledge goes on them, so if anyone has anything else to add, feel free to!
being a polymorph is so weird because I'll really be out here becoming a concept or an entire area
I just realized today that me being a Polymorph is probably why I had periods of time where I felt more like characters from my favorite media than I did the physical, human part of my identity

I thought there weren't any signs I was a Polymorph when I was younger. Yes there were. Living, feeling, and thinking like a character from the media you've been into recently isn't normal. It's polymorphism.
my identity as a dog has been shifting around a lot lately and it’s. incredibly scary.
i know i’m a polymorph, i’ve morphed before, but my time as a doberman has probably been the most secure time i’ve had in this body and i really don’t want to leave it behind. at the same time, i know how my morphs work— i never truly leave a species behind, and i often return to it— but still. i don’t want this to be the last time im a dog.
it probably won’t be, but… you know. i can feel the change.
Hi! So quick question that my friend and I had a long debate about.
Two dragons are screwing each other like crazy to the point that one of them gets pregnant. After an hour of fucking like rabbits, they both turn into humans, and they realized that they were both catfished.
Backstory is that humans are bards, and decided to convince a wizard to polymorph them into dragons so that they could screw a dragon irl. As you can see that plan fails as they just screwed a polymorphized human being.
BUT, remember that one of them is still pregnant and they got pregnant while they were dragons. Now, dragons hatch eggs and they are huge. I believe that if a human carries something that size to term they're most likely gonna die.
Question:
Does the fertilized egg turn into a dragon egg because it was conceived using dragon semen??? Or when they turned to humans, so did the fertilized egg?? Is it a more humanized dragon born??
I have so many questions that I will continue to add in the comments or on here.
Note: polymorphism requires the wizards concentration and can only last for about an hour.
