HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! you wouldve been 26 =(
This is definitely an Oops.
07.02.2025
The last week has been a lot. I was studying for the exam I took today, and I can finally say that I've studied way too much. Some of the results are already out, and while I did not get 100%, nor I will not get the best score, the questions were much easier than I thought. Like, I did learn most of the human bones and major muscles names just so I'd get closed questions with the definitions of biomechanics? Am I mad about it? Yeah, because I didn't have enough time to study for other parts, but also no, because I'm way ahead with the material for the next semester. Now I'm only lacking 1 point to pass and I'm still awaiting answers to 5 questions.
Today I'm just chilling out, did Duolingo, went home to grab a dress and tomorrow I'm going with my best friend to a college ball. I still have to submit and correct some reports from last week or month, respectively, and finally start studying biology for matura. The only thing this exam made me realise is that I really want to study medicine, and a near-medicine degree may not be the best replacement. Anyways, here are the snippets from Forest from the last two weeks:
04.01.2025, 18/100 dop
Today I:
Worked 9 hours
Studied Spanish and biomechatronics flashcards
Took notes from basics of biomedical signals presentation (1/2)
Build a few electronic circuits with my brother using his equipment (rip the led diode, we will miss you)
Did 4 lessons on Duolingo (Brazilian Portuguese)
29.01.2025
Today I:
Finish my part of a lab report
Went out with my friends
Cleaned my room
Did two lessons on Duolingo
Wrote a few documents for the students council
29.12.2024, 14/100 dop
Today I:
Slept really well
Cooked with my mom
Cleaned a little
Did 3 lessons on Duolingo (they took all my hearts 💔)
Made tons of flashcards
Studied Spanish, anatomy, biomechatronics and macro elements flashcards
Learned ~80% of bones in 30 minutes (which is quite a lot considering I only knew ribs, skull and jaw lol)
I know, I'm shocked too, I actually can remember stuff. I tried out this technique where you doodle something on paper while studying (in my case the flashcards) and despite the doodles being just circles on circles I could focus better and memorize faster than usual! 100/10, will try again.
Also. Why did no one tell me that 2025 is in what, 2 days???? What the f-???????
On that note, I only have 2.3 days for each topic to fully cover the material for biology matura, a lot of revisions for math and chemistry ones AND exam session in A MONTH (I'm still covering the 1st presentation, 9 more to go + all 18 theoretical lab introductions). In the next 3, maybe 4 days I probably won't have any time to study and I think it's the right time to start the panic yippee.
Wishing you all a pleasant Monday 👾
22.12.2024, 8/100 dop
Today I:
Woke up at 9.30
Worked an 8 hour shift in another city
Drove the total of 20 km in one day for the first time (somehow everyone's still alive and in health)
Spent time with my family
Did 3 Duolingo lessons in Spanish and 8 in Japanese
Omg my professor just sent us the grades from the last post-lab test about digital signals that I was sure I failed BUT I got 100% on it. Jwbsusbegyebwgdwjj.
