Some messy Clark sketches, two are based off a picture that was going around of some guy named Wonho. Very beefy dude- fantastic Superman physique reference. I'm hoping to color this page cause the composition scratches my brain.
Under the cut is SuperBat cuddles with mild nudity. All the important bits are covered- Bruce is wearing socks for christ sake. If you don't like then don't look 🤷🏽
It is fairly cold in your house. I'm unsure of the exact temperature, but the heating isn't on and it's 7°C, but it's not cold enough to see your breath. To prevent your feet from being so cold you are actively aware of it, how many layers do you need?
1. one layer of cotton socks
2. two layers of cotton socks
3. one layer of cotton socks, and a layer of thin wool/nylon socks
4. number 3, plus some felt wool slippers ~0.5cm thick
5. number 4, plus a layer of thick slippers or socks
6. I would need more for my feet to not be noticeably cold
I've currently got option 3 because I have lost my super thick socks and my feet are unbearably cold. Not painful but so cold I'm constantly aware of it. Is this normal circulation?
I'm proud of the slippers and socks I made but brrr I need to acquire warmer ones...
new hobby for the summer: ignoring obvious signs of health problems
Kinda redundant for me to say ‘cold dead hands’ bc my hands are already cold
Sorry I just thought I could lightly rest my leg on the other one or turn my foot to the side without my entire leg going numb, my bad
I finally got my first non-homemade cane, it folds up and is so comfortable to hold and walk with, w’s in the chat
If you experience carpal tunnel or any symptoms of hand pain, lack of circulation, or repetitive strain injuries (RSIs), you need to start wrist exercises.
Luckily, they’re very easy!
Wrist Curls You Can Do Right Now
Find an object you can hold with your fingertips—thinner hardback books are what I use.
Hold your arms straight out in front of you or rest them on your knees with your palms towards the sky.
Let your wrists naturally fall down, then curl them up til your palm is perpendicular to your forearm.
Repeat 5-10 times for 3 sets, with 30secs rest between each set.
Over time, you’ll want to make the objects heavier, but to get started, use anything!
In the beginning, it’s more about doing the actions at all than doing them perfectly.
