I was at the game last night and the Ali/Ashlyn collision happened literally right in front of me. Like I can see myself in the background of the shot when they panned out. It was my first game ever and I was like “woo I’ll get to see them both play and maybe interact!” and then BAM, first 5 minutes they were like is THIS what you wanted?? 😂
LMAO I would have died - Ash truly is one of a kind keeper. Ngl, even though I don’t condone violence, the way she absolutely threw Ali mid-air had me feeling a little something something. She’s strong af and Ali’s also strong for taking it (even though I’ll admit she got the brunt of it). It was worrying at first because if Ali hadn’t moved I am sure Ash’s head would’ve been knocked back and it would have been a serious injury. But I’m glad they’re both okay and we can laugh about it now (and also thirst about it because wow that was still just... wow).
