If Moulin Rouge was set in present day
I just know that "party 4 u" would be heavily featured. But I can't think of any other culturally indicative songs that would fit just right. What do you think?

Currently in a show of Hadestown and it’s really fun & the songs are great & the actors are talented beyond belief & the people are fun to work with but JESUS CHRIST Chant (original & reprise) and Why We Build the Wall and Way Down Hadestown (original & reprise) hit waaaaay too close to home what with american politics and late stage capitalism.
I've seen this animation so many times and I just had to draw him~~

Dude, been listening to Jack Staber’s pop opera Opal and who else gets massive Lemon Demon vibes from the song Mirror Man? Like, the visuals are amazing, the lyrics are catchy, but it just *feels* like Lemon Demon.
Hamantha Art cause Jack Stauber is best.
