handling a lot of stress? relax with the quick exercise:
close your eyes and take a deep breathe.
soften the scrunch of your forehead.
relax your eyes. make sure to not shut them too tight.
unclench your jaw.
roll your shoulders backwards and forwards a couple of times.
take a deep breathe and let it fill your belly. hold for a couple of seconds and release through your mouth.
wiggle your fingers and toes.
stretch your legs on your tip-toes.
take a deep breathe and let it fill your chest. hold for a couple of seconds and release through your mouth.
rub your palms together and place them over your eyes.
