I Am What I Am Cause You Trained Me (5k)
"So it's all my fault Christopher’s first instinct is to run?" Eddie protests. “And Shannon's?” "Eddie, you enlisted," Helena says gently, but there's nothing gentle about it. "And Shannon ran off to LA," Ramon adds, oh so helpfully. "And I was ten years old when you told me to step up and be the man of the house because you weren't around," Eddie says, jabbing a finger towards Ramon. Ramon does at least look a little guilty about it. Helena, as always, is undeterred. "He was angry at you, Eddie. He needed his space." "Which I was giving him," Eddie hisses. "You didn't have to take him away for him to get a little space or time or whatever he needed." "He asked us to come get him," Helena reasons. Buck, who'd been quiet so far, steps beside Eddie and speaks, his shoulder brushing Eddie's in silent reassurance. "And you didn't think to at least consider trying to mediate first?"

Summary: Tracy loves to cause mischief - but this time she may have just gone too far
“Tracy!?”
Troy shouted his daughters name in the way all parents did when they suspected – more than that, were most certainly convinced, at least Troy was, that their kid had done something stupid. And as all kids that most certainly had done something stupid, Tracy did not answer her father's call. "God damn it," Troy muttered. Normally, he'd be charmed by Tracy's antics − but not when it put others in danger. And she most certainly had – put someone in danger.
She knew better than that. He had taught her better than that, god damn it. What the fuck had she been thinking?! Ok, no, that wasn’t any use, getting angry at her, he thought, as he ran restless fingers through his hair. First he needed to know exactly what had happened – though he could guess. Could guess that Tracy had dared Tom (Deborah’s son. Deborah, who was still standing right next to him, equal parts annoyed and worried) to do something dangerous. Because Tom hadn’t been seen for hours. By anyone, if Deborah was to be believed.
It wasn’t the first time those two had done stupid things – to everyone’s sorrow they seemed to have deemed this the most interesting game among themselves; daring one another to do dangerous, forbidden things. Troy had a feeling that Tracy had started it. Their whole dynamic reminded him uncomfortably of himself and Mike—

Today's Kinktober prompt: rough sex.
There was such a huge opportunity to work on Dean instead of killing him. I've said it once and I'll say it again, if it was revealed that the only reason Dean was as angry and shitty as he was post S11 was because of God manipulating him, I would have loved Dean again. If we could have gotten a soft Dean, smiling and laughing at stupid shit, being a nerd. If there was a scene during that hunt where Dean usually would have gotten pissed at Sam but had instead just shrugged it off and moved on, Sam being a little shocked but pleased. And then just seeing Dean make better choices over and over again. See him heal from God's influence and power over him, I mean damn. That could have been HUGE.
If Dean could have had a chance to love and accept himself and the wrongs done to him. Heal from his trauma. Maybe even a tearful apology one night to Sam after a rough night of flashbacks. THEN, go to fight some monster and die in a rage of glory, saving a life by sacrificing himself for them. "Saving People, Hunting Things." Then being okay with dying because he finally got to live with Free Will.
Making it to Heaven and Jack greeting him. Dean trying to apologize for the way he acted and Jack accepting and explaining that he already knew and understood that Chuck was the reason behind Dean's anger and seesawing emotions towards Jack. Jack saying he's proud of Dean for being strong enough to fight his own demons and heal in order to live.
And then Cas showing up. Dean thanking Cas for everything. How Cas saying what he did made Dean realize that he deserved better and how Cas's words saved him. Helped him live his Free Will without self hatred. That Cas was the best thing to ever happen to him and that he's happy his Cas broke the rules for him. For both of them. For sticking with him even through all the shit he put Cas through. And Cas would forgive him because he loves him (in true Cas fashion) and now realized it was Chuck's anger that made Dean that way and it was never his fault.
Cas takes Dean into the Roadhouse and everyone he ever loved would be there waiting to celebrate with him. Maybe even John is there and it's awkward at first, but then John apologizes for what he did to Dean. And Dean doesn't accept the apology. He's allowed to be angry with John and decides to stay that way even in heaven. Mary accepts this and they choose to keep a distance but their door is always open for Dean.
Ash and Ellen and Jo and Bobby and Rufus and Pamela and Charlie and Kevin are all there. They don't all hang out all the time, but plan to gather when a new soul arrives. They'll all gather when Sam eventually shows.
Cas comes and goes, since he helps Jack and spends a lot of time bonding with the other angels. They're working with the angels and a new hierarchy. New garrisons. New leaders. New agendas. Jack creates new angels and Castiel is charged with "raising them". Castiel is seen as a savior to Heaven and his wings and grace have been fully restored. On days when he does come back to see Dean, he tells Dean about Sam and his family. They sit in Baby while Dean drives and Cas relays all kinds of stories about Dean Jr. and Sam's wife. Who is Eileen btw. And Dean is so happy. Castiel doesn't show himself to Sam in fear of Sam dropping everything, but he leaves little signs for Sam to let him know he's there.
Sometimes Sam prays to Cas and Cas always comes and listens. Dean JR gets himself into a car accident one day and Cas is there to save his life. Dean Jr tells his dad that he swears he saw an angel and Sam just smiles cuz he knows who the angel was. He just does. Cas is with Dean and smiles when Sam prays a thank you to him.
Everyone is waiting when Sam finally arrives. Jack greets him first with a smile and a wave. He takes him to the Roadhouse and everyone is there with big smiles and hugs. And then Cas shows his face and Sam practically cries in relief to see his friend again. And then the rumble of baby is heard outside and Sam goes outside to see Dean leaning against Baby's hood with a "Hiya Sammy" on his lips.
Dean explains how different heaven is now and that Jack may have a job for them in heaven. Sam's confused until Jack appears and says "Your job is to be at peace. You're done now."
And they (live?) Happily ever after
Yea. I could have accepted something like that
