Today was my first post comp workout. It's tempting to go back to what I was doing and lifting heavy but that's not what this week is about. This week is about decompressing and resting up. I've been working hard for the last six months so it's time to rest up for a bit and have some fun. I didn't lift any bells today so I went with a nice body weight workout. Pushups, v-ups, situps, and some row for four rounds. After that I peppered in some squats. It felt great to move around a bit and I recovered nicely from the weekend. This is why I love training.
