Breakfast and Poustinia

Welcome to by break-fast post!

The digital fast has ended. I spent the last three weeks on a personal vacation which included a fast from social media and most digital media in general. I say most digital media because I did create some art on my iPad (but I didn’t share it or peek at my Facebook feed).

Poustinia Land Art in Belize Rainforest- a MUST see!

Poustinia is more than just a jungle of art creations, because she sits on sacred ground; humps of protruding earth are indicators of ancient buried ruins turned into a cattle ranch and now into a place for retreat and pilgrimage.  

Poustinia allows us to feel her vibration of all that has passed through her via the landscape, art, sounds of nature and all that is carried through her.

Whether it is a day tour, a camping trip, a vision quest, Poustinia is a match for it all.  Come as a creator or artform, a visitor, or a pilgram seeking retreat, all who enter the grounds leave as a student of something much more than what she or he was seeking.

Poustinia is a place to explore and be ... thus allowing the soul of the land to merge with those who enter the sacred land.
