It was a top-down shooter for the old iMac (at least, that's where I played it) where you play as some manner of commando type guy, making his way though various cartoony levels, with one being full of dinosaurs and the last being a giant circus! Your only method of attack was shooting tiny glowing orange balls. I'm sorry I can't describe it in better detail, that's why I haven't been able to find it so far! Any help?"
