I can’t believe I never drew my Camp Camp cousins!!
I’m a math teacher. I should not have to google the vocabulary my student uses on an exam. Especially not math vocabulary. But here I am, googling the word “abscissa” because I haven’t heard that word since maybe once in middle school.
“Use the feedback on wrong answers as a way to find the right answer”
I love how it’s even in bold like it is trying to assert dominance
oh btw im not failing the entirety of all my classes but bake shop im just failing all of them but bake shop this marking period im only failing the entirety of trig/pre-calc which is fine
pre-calc notes!

My pre-calc class has me so burned out. We moved from pre-calc to Statistics and my grade went from a 100% to a 23%. I got a flat zero on a test (we get points for the correct process regardless of the final answer) and I literally didn't get a single point. I retook one test so now my overall grade is a 33% but I still need to get my grade up to at least a B by May 30th...
Me: Hey I bombed the last test is there anything I can do to fix my grade?
Teacher: it's in the past. I look at things overall. That was just the one test. Just stay on top of things moving on.
Me: alright. Can I do extra credit or anyth-
T: no. Just move on.
Like...a nice sentiment but that doesn't change the fact that my grade is a d ma'am
