I was 31, only a few months pregnant 🤰 with Kayla and in that pregnancy I gained 85 lbs!!!!! Yes!! My whole body blew up, I was a very happy 😃pregnant woman that ate ice cream 🍦 every day and second helpings were normal. 😂 . What I didn’t know was how hard that weight was going to be to get OFF!! I had 40 lbs glued to me , Kayla was only 5 lbs 13 oz when she was born. So, pretty much..I ate way too much while pregnant and didn’t exercise either. . The second picture is of me and Scott in our 40’s!!!! A few months after I had Kayla, someone asked when I was due. I was already feeling super insecure about my body and had no idea how to get the weight off. I tried to do a few diets like The Zone, Weight Watchers, Bob Greene, South Beach and I just didn’t connect to any of them. That question the woman asked motivated me to get to work. . I finally found a healthy way of eating that I completely connected with and when I paired it with exercise, I finally began my journey of losing the #pregnancyweight . It was a JOURNEY of ups and downs. I learned so much along the way and it took a full year to finally lose the 40 lbs. I have kept it off 11 years later following the same method. . I now get to share this passion with others and help them to do the same!! Guess what?? You have the opportunity to try the workouts and nutrition that I follow for FREE!! Want info? Group starts Monday. . Comment below “I’m in!” or message me right away to get the details. 😊 . . . . . . . #bodyafterbaby #bodyafterbabies #postpartumbody #csection #momoftwo #fitover40 #healthylifestyle #icecreamlover #portioncontrol #homeworkout (at Toms River, New Jersey)
