So Airheads™ is making an underwater vending machine and it's just so conceptually.... Insane? Dumb? Absurd? I don't know.

Lets break it down:

-It's specifically designed to be underwater. Like, it's waterproof, and they put a bunch of work into making an underwater airhead propulsion system.

-They made an underwater airhead propulsion system. This machine only works underwater.

-It costs $7,000.

-It is specifically being marketed to private pool owners to put in their own private pool.

-It only works with airheads.

-It ONLY works with airheads.

-It ONLY WORKS with AIRHEADS.

-NORMAL. AIRHEADS.

-It's being primarily marketed to adults.

Because I'm overwhelmed & frustrated at the world, at our country (USA), & at my personal life right now, I'm gonna throw an idea out.

I want a pool party with only trans people. Like, enbies & transfem & transmasc people of all kinds, but no cis people. A space where it's safe & normal to ask for each other's pronouns or offer your pronouns & people will actually use your correct pronouns & not misgender you on purpose. I wanna rent a private pool &/or an Air BnB where we're all safe from transphobes & enbyphobes.

I also wanna go to a county fair &/or a waterpark/theme park with a group of nonbinary &/or trans friends.

((Because, y'know. Swimsuits are f*cking dysphoric most of the time, & if I wear a binder & swim shirt like I want cis people stare & make uncomfortable comments. I wanna swim, but not in public unless I have friends I know are safe to be around.))

I also want autistic friends, & ADHD friends, & system friends. In person, not just online.

I just really want friends who are like me. Friends who respect me. Friends who don't misgender me. Friends that I can have fun with without feeling like I have to perform a certain personality / gender. Friends I don't have to mask around. Safe friends.

(I also want a polyamorous relationship but that's down the road because I'm demiromantic. 🤷‍♂️)

I want friends I can safely exist around. & I'm done tolerating IRL friends who aren't safe. 😓

I wanna exist in public & be safe.
