I keep going back to Helion being Gwyn’s father. Ugh, I need the next book so I can know for sure!!
Helion is described as irreverent.
Gwyn is described as irreverent.
They’re both described as shimmering too!
Lucien (Helion’s son) used the hl heir voice to snap Cassian out of his protection thoughts. “Easy.”
Gwyn used a voice—Nesta had never heard from her before—to snap Nesta from her fear of what was at the bottom of the library.
Gwyn is 28. Fae pregnancies last 10 months. Her mom was impregnated at Calamni. We know Ameranta let everyone “out to play” for the Fire Night Celebration.
Maybe being 1/4 Nymph, a 1/4 Autumn and half Day Court is why she’s a Lightsinger??
Fae change courts all the time. I fully believe Gwyn is meant to be in the Night Court. "Smooth as the Sidra, swift as the wind of the Illyrian Mountains.” And her mate is Night Court.
Oh, and… the Heliades Nymphns Greek Mythology connection. They were daughters of the Sun God Helios and Clymene an ocean nymph.
Helios drove a solar chariot. Helion wanted to visit in his chariot drawn by horses with flaming manes.
I need to read it already. It’s killing me to know if I’m right or wrong.
