k so i was just scrolling through the pro ending tag for fun and found your post (which im p sure is old but w/e) abt doing an experiment on 10 ppl to read the entire manga and stuff, and well. thats actually what i did. i read the entire manga/watched the anime and i remember the reason i got tumblr was to look at naruhina fanart bc i rlly liked that couple. i never knew how bad the fandom was until a few months later tbh, and my opinion on the end is still the same

Lol omg yeah that is a old post but I am glad you see that. People either lost complete hope for Sasuke (WHICH I DIDN’T, I FUCKING TOLD YOU SO DESIREE FOR SO MANY YEARS GROWING UP) during shippuden and started twisting the story to their liking of NaruSaku though they were clearly just best friends. It is completely platonic and their only solid ground for the couple was Naruto’s childish crush. He didn’t exactly have a crush either, more upon admired Sakura for how she liked Sasuke and how she didn’t back down for anyone. How she smiled at Sasuke and that is the reason why he didn’t even see Hinata because of Sakura’s giant aura for Duckbutt. Lol but I’m glad you saw the story for how it truly is.

So I just saw a reblog of this post, and here is an excerpt.

"Infected by Kishi's shitty style." I'm sorry. Are you referring to the shitty style that created the entire world of Naruto? From the storyline all the way to your ships?? You realize that NS wouldn't even exist if"Kishi's shitty style" didn't write those characters to begin with. While I am here, I will also point out that the same style designed by the same author has kept you NS fans reading the same manga for "X" many years. Up until you didn't get what you wanted, and are now throwing baby tantrums and trashing the hard work of a man you have never met. The hard work that you literally ate up until the day it ended. Same. Damn. Shitty. Style. The same style of the first chapters that you read. But now that it is inconvenient to your non-canon ships, that hard work that he has spent 15+ years of his life working on is now being called shitty and is being trashed. You type of NS fans that stand up for this bashing are pathetic. Let's see you do better than him in telling a story that captivates an audience for FIFTEEN YEARS. And let's see you end it in a way that will please everyone! Good day!
