Hey! Found out about your blog recently, I like your posts a lot! (Happy New year, btw 🎉) I somehow didn't get around to reading your masterpost before, so I just did it now, but it turns out you're "pro-life"? If I may ask, in what sense are you pro-life? I hope you're not anti-abortion :(

I'm not sure there's any other way to BE pro-life aside from being anti-abortion, and while I don't see why that means you can't still enjoy my non-religious posts, I can see why that would make you uncomfortable.

I did warn pretty early on what my moral compass was going to be based on, tho

I'm of the personal belief that life starts at conception, and to end a life is murder. A child should not have to be revoked the chance at life because of the actions of one or both of their parents.

And before you retort with the usual arguments, I'll politely redirect you here to a far more thorough series of posts and reblogs, because I'm not a theologian nor debate team captain, and can't answer this as eloquently as I'd like to. I can't find the post I was originally going to link, so here's my beloved Moot for you. :D

I now have six new fish.

I today went to the fair with my awesome friend Alicia, and I won fish. =D

Also there was a Right to Life booth there =3 I found my people( well fellow pro-lifers lol)

The number one thing I don’t understand about abortion is that the man doesn’t get a say. Sure, it’s the woman’s body, but if she should choose to keep the baby, then she’s entitled to sue the man for child support. So, my question is, why does the father not get to say he wants his child or not? Considering that most abortions aren’t done because of incest or rape, scenarios I hate and the men can go fuck themselves, but because of that accident she had about eight weeks ago, warrants, at least to me, both parents’ approval. I mean we’re ending a life, which is debated, but a life does come from pregnancy, so why it’s debated is beyond me. All I’m saying is, a man is entitled to the choice also and if he should elect to keep his child then he should bare the full responsibility of the cost of pregnancy and then we waives his right to suing for child support, BUT he gets automatic full custody until such time as the mother can prove the truly wants a part in her child’s life. If such a time happens, and she ventures for joint custody, then she becomes jointly responsible for the child’s financial needs. Women everywhere will probably hate me for this, but it is something I don’t understand.
