Edge of the World (left half): work in progress

Real life obligations and difficult health have thrown wrenches in this project, so the diptych is not yet ready. Nonetheless, this side is far enough along to begin to be legible. So I wanted to share it with you for @zelgan-week and when my hands cooperate with further rendering I’ll update with the finished piece — and hopefully, its companion as well.

This concept is connected to the Even To the Edge series, and in my head this is one of the endpapers of the finished tome, because I am an inveterate booknerd.

Happy Friday the 13th, everyone! 🐈‍⬛ Ooh!! 😱😱 Y’all know what that means!

To celebrate, I drew a very beautiful black cat with two very common symbols for bad luck such as spilled salt 🧂 and a crack on the floor 🫢 — this is a very sweet illustration I drew on @procreateapp for Friday the 13th! This doesn’t look scary at all, lol! 😆😆😆 Anyway, I hope you guys have a very safe and happy Friday today. Make sure stay lucky 🍀 with whatever you have in your hands. 🙌
