Quick post-dinner cooldown exercises / expressions practice from the past week, picked at random from this expressions meme!

They’re in order of which I did first, hence why the Mikey one is so scribbly (and different dimensions - what is consistency). I didn’t go into this with the intention of drawing all of the tots, but once I drew Mikey I was compelled to complete the set. Them’s the rules.

Lighting is hard

Practicing with lighting bc I admittedly kinda lowkey suck lol. And I wanna get better. And practice makes perfect right?

Anyway used the security bitch as my practice dummy so have some funky lighted Vanessas for your viewing pleasure lol. This was using gradients I found online. It helped with basics, but I think I can improve it. So we’ll see 🤭

I just want to see if this size and formating works on Tumblr. No I don't know what the story behind this is. Just testing thingsssss.

Also testing out line work. What do people normally use when it looks like they used an actual pencil? I can't seem to figure it out...

Ah, oh well.
