Productivity challenge : day 2/10
Life is good, I finished a group project for biology class (in english). I procrastined so much I couldn't even bring myself to study any subjects. Plus I am a perfectionnist, so I kinda do those things last minute bc I'm too scared... I woke up earlier than yesterday, yet still late. But I try to tell myself that it is progress anyway. :p When I walked in my kitchen to make tea, the sun was bright and all my glass jars were shining. It looked way prettier irl though. I journaled a bit late, around 12 (so it's not really 'morning' journaling). In the evening, I had dinner with my family and took a five cheese pizza and a pistachio tiramisu so that's probably why I can't sleep rn.
🧠 : maths exercises (42 min)
✍️ : morning and night gratitude

🏃♀️ : went to the gym
🧼 : done, but only put SVR cream
💧 : 1.5L

Things that can make your student life much easier
Having been a college student for 4 years now (crazy!), here are some things that made my life much much easier.
Earplugs. Especially the loop earplugs, they are a gamechanger.
Laptop stand Fantastic as it creates more space and can help with better posture as your eye-level becomes more level with the screen.
Book Stand for your desk This is especially useful if you're using a notebook, a textbook and a laptop but have limited space for all your study tools.
Electric Blanket A lifechanger especially in this cold winter.
Air purifier
A pen/pencil jar
Sleep mask. Sleep quality 100% will improve with this.
Taking advantage of the student discounts available. To date I still sometimes find myself surprised by discovering just how many places offer student discounts.
A sick-day pack This can simply be an extra packet of tea, meds, 4 cans of canned chicken noodle soup and throat lozenges, but it will definitely come in handy if you get ill and need something to tide you over until you feel better.
day 89/100

Becoming her again ˚⋆୨୧˚
It starts small. Perfume on your wrists just because. A twirl in the mirror before you leave. That little thrill of choosing beauty even when no one is watching. And suddenly, you remember: this is who you were all along. You’re not changing—you’re coming home to yourself.

(Wrote this one to myself bc I have been stuck in a sort of rut which is why I started this blog and I am determined to get out of it. If you don't resonate with something i said, then it wasn't meant for you.)
How do you expect to be viewed a certain way when you don’t even consider yourself as such?
“I wanna be breathtakingly gorgeous,” but you’re always looking at yourself as ugly or unattractive, saying the worst things about yourself, thinking that someone could never choose you, not up to someone’s standard like girl you *are* the standard.
Even if you don’t believe it, you literally have the power to change your life just like that. No one is gonna do it for you. So you have two choices, sit there in the same position you’ve been complaining about or make the change.
If you’re willing to make the change, you have to acknowledge that your desires are meant for you, don’t try to force the process. Whenever I manifested consciously, I wasn’t obsessing over something. Obsessing over a desire is like going backward for most people. So to change it up, you could pick one thing you enjoy doing- journaling, visualizing, affirming, listening to subliminals and do that when you want to, not out of obligation. Hold the belief that whatever your desire is, is happening or will happen- whichever you feel more comfortable with.
For example, you want to manifest a group of friends, so you’d just belief that they’re already coming/there rather stressing over it. You don’t even have to believe. You can just tell yourself what you wanna hear or flip your thoughts.
You’re a person, too, don’t be mean to her.
Choose yourself this time.
