#Day7 of #75Hard was...hard. I hit the wall. Sore from yesterday, tired, headache, and just...blah. Reading is done, walking was...difficult (and indoor, through stores while running errands). Yoga before bed. Water is always my easiest to achieve, and even that I'm struggling with today. . . If I was doing this "perfectly", I would be starting over at Day 1 tomorrow. Good thing I'm NOT doing things perfectly, but...progressively. ANY movement is good movement. My food is on point. I feel solo much better than I did even two weeks ago. I'm taking the #wins I have earned, and moving on. #MaxFITTprogress #MaxFITTdailyTips #progresspictures 💪 💪 Cardio should not just be seen as something you just slack through, especially not when you are aiming to do it to lose more fat... If you are losing fat by just doing 20min LISS cardio, then there's no need to do more. But you have to learn to take your cardio as serious as your weight training sessions. If you are not shedding the fat at 20min then it's time to do it for longer, maybe like 40 or 45min. If you have no more time to increase on your cardio, then I suggest increasing your intensity on your cardio sessions. Like throw in some plyometric movements like Burpees and box jumps and do HIIT as part of your cardio. So instead of just doing 40min slow on the bike, every second minute increase your speed and effort level.
