This post more than any of the others is going to be mostly upg or spg. Hardly anyone in antiquity spent a lot of effort worshipping most of these deities, especially the protogenoi, so resources are limited. If you have suggestions or personal addendums, feel free to leave them in the comments. I made a lot of decisions based on what the herbs/crystals are usually associated with: for example, black tourmaline is associated with Nyx (the night) therefore Chaos (the embodiment of the primordial soup and basically the universe) has black tourmaline too.
Also, all the deities on this list can be honored with libation of wine, milk, honey, and oil; offerings of meat or desserts; and burning frankincense/myrrh.
Disclaimer: this is not all of the protogenoi or titans that exist, these are just the most recognizable ones that have the most lore attached. I used theoi.com to research all of these deities.

Thalassa is the daughter of Aether (light) and Hemera (day) and is the protogenos of the sea, specificaly the Mediterranean. She is often depicted as the upper body of a woman rising from the sea with crab claw horns, bright cerulean eyes, clothed in strips of seaweed, and holding an oar's ship. Thalassa is often described as being fair and kind in ancient texts, such as Philostratus the Elder's Images. With her husband Pontus she had all of the fish in the sea, leading her to be be called "the mother of all." There is a statue of her in one of Poseidon's temple holding Aphrodite.
She appears in many of Aesop's Fables. In one a man chastises the sea for luring men out only to turn violent. She tells him not to blame her, that she is firm and steady and that it is the Anemoi (winds) striking her suddenly that causes her to become violent. Another has the Potami (rivers) question her about why she changes their drinkable water into salty and undrinkable water. To which she replies that if they don't like it that they shouldn't come to her. In another one a farmer sees a ship sink in the sea and curses her saying that it'd be better if no one ever sailed on her and that she's the enemy of mankind. She rises out of the sea and confronts him, saying that he shouldn't spread such evil lies about her and that if the Anemoi didn't strike her that she'd be more gentle that dry land.
With Ouranos she is said to have had the Hekatonkheiries (three gods of violent storms) and when his blood hit her after he got castrated she gave rise to Aphrodite (goddess of love).By herself she had Halia (nymph of Rhodes) and possibly the Telkhines* (sea smiths).
*SIndicate some sources claim others as their parent(s)
Ananke was the Protogenos of inevitability, compulsion, destiny, fate, and necessity, and was the daughter of Gaia and Hydros (water). It is said that she, along with Khronos (time), drove the cosmos, causing the earth to rotate and time to pass. After creation began there was confusion and chaos, so Ananke was born so that structure and order would come to the universe. None can resist her will, for it must be done. She is described as being stern, all-wise, great, brave, and serpentine, with arms so wide that they could encircle the universe, having large white wings, and is often seen holding a spindle. Some sources claim she is the mother of the Moirai. Her will is steered and managed by the Moirai and the Erinyes. Due to her unmoving nature she was not offered sacrifices or offerings, for a Greek byword was "Nothing is stronger than dread Necessity." Ananke is popular in post-Homeric literature, and is important to the Orphism cult at Corinth where she was worshiped alongside Bia (force).
Protogenos ( First Born) - As the name dictates, they are the first born gods, they are the primeval gods and the basic components that emerged in this world at the moment of creation, examples would be Nyx (Night), Hemera (Day) Okeanus (Fresh Water), Uranus (Sky), Gaia (Earth), Ourea (Mountains)).
Daimon(a)s (Full of Knowledge) - In laymen's terms they are Spirits, as spirits they hold power over the Gods and Mortals alike. Daimons are personification of concepts, feelings and things that generally don't apply to materialization/physical manifestation, exmples would be Hypnos (Sleep), Thanatos (Peaceful Death), Geras (Old Age), Philotes (Friendship), Hedone (Lust), Eros (Love), Psyche (Soul), Elpis (Hope). The Nymph(ai) are lesser spirits of the force of nature.
Titans/Titanides (Great)- The Titans are the 6 sons of Uranus by Gaia and the Titanides are the 6 daughters. The titans take aspects of their fathers heavenly dominion, while the the titanides take on their mothers earthly dominions. Though their children are also considered Titanes they were given titles according to their fathers (ex: Asteria and Letono daughter of Hyperion were Hyperionides). Examples of elder titans would be Phoibe, Themis and Krios and Iapetos. Younger Titans include Helios, Epimetheus, Pallas, Perses, Asteria, Hekate, Klymene and Metis.
Olympians - The Olympian Gods are the most sophisticated of the 3 greater pantheons (Protogenos, Titanide, Olympian). The olympian gods are the civilized gods that rule from the Heavens, the 12 Olympian gods are Zeus, Poseidon, Hephaestos, Hermes, Ares, Apollo, Aphrodite, Athena, Artemis, Demeter and Hestia.
The Chthonoi (Of The Earth) - The Chthonoi Khthonoi are the gods of the earth often agricultural and of the Underworld. These deities had cults that usually held their practices at night. Chthonic deities include Persephone, Dionysus, Hades, Charon, The Erinyes, The Moirai and some deities that had Chthonic epithets such as Hermes Psychopompos, Hekate Psychopompos, Poseidon Asphaleios and Zeus Chthonios.
