Part 3 - 10 Years The Journey As I mentioned on post 2 it’s been a mega journey to say the least, but I have been fortunate to meet some amazing people along the way. Managing to travel and spending time with some of the smartest people around, I have been fortunate to have that experience. 

The ISI (@isihealth Strength Institute) have been influential in my career and journey, and many other I have meet have been through the courses put on there . @eoinlaceyeducation was great bringing everyone together, not only that he has a way of turning the most complex thing into a simple terms which helps too (whilst trying to be a comedian too). I would highly recommend all trainers and coaches to go learn from his courses its probably one of the best investments you could ever make. 

Unfortunately I don’t have pics with everyone but tomorrow I will share some of the training video I have from the practical courses. I will tag those that I can :-) sorry not sorry.
