Zinc Mistings, also called Rioters, burn zinc to enhance emotions of people they target. Rioters can pick specific emotions to target, but nuance becomes more difficult the more people they target at once. Zinc is a Mental External Pulling metal, the counterpart to Brass.

Cadmium Mistings, also called Pulsers, can slow down time in a bubble around themselves, making time pass very quickly on the outside of the bubble when compared to those in the bubble. Cadmium is a Temporal External Pulling metal, the counterpart to Bendalloy.

Huge news! Every 100 years or so someone comes along and completely changes how we view the world and how we do things. The biomechanics of running has changed and @thedavidweck founder of Bosu ball & WeckMethod has accomplished just that. As a fascial fitness expert, I completely understand and I am in full agreement with his viewpoint on the arm swing. Traditionally, when your foot struck the ground the contralateral arm goes up. He’s right this makes no sense. Fascia has four properties. One of them being the stretch shortening reflex. Fascia gives us the bounding effect, like a kangaroo. If we have the entire system going down at foot strike then we will have more elastic energy toward forward propulsion. Fascia tells the muscle when to turn on and when to turn off. Most of us go to the gym with the idea that we are training our muscles and we are but we are always training the Fascial system first. In my world, there are no such thing as body parts. I do total body movements with every exercise due to the fact that everything is connected through the fascial system. We are transmitting force through the body at all times except when sitting and sleeping. I will let you listen to the podcast so you can hear his take on how to use your arms while running.
