Holy Workout!
I did not realize how tough this workout was until I was standing around after and my whole body was trembling - my shoulders, my butt, my calves. But it feels awesome and I'm glad we did it!

Pyramid day 🙌 This workout always get me good. Working on Valentine's promo items for the next couple of days.
5.12.17 Pyramid workout this morning! On the way down the backside I increased the elevation with each interval. So. Much. Sweat. Abs, shoulders, and legs also worked. Now I'm ready for the rest of the day :)

3.20.18. 2 miles pyramid incline intervals on the ol' treadmill. (Gotta keep these boys on task so we get this project done!) I took an unexpected rest day yesterday but I still was active and finished the day above my step goal. Back to workin' hard today! I finished up with stretching and yoga. Happy Friday 💕
