second fav doctor after twelve? icr

my rankings would probably be twelve, nine, ten, thirteen, eleven (fifteen isn't ranked bc i'm not at him yet, i'm not bothering to count fourteen + i haven't seen that yet either). and my unbiased fave would be nine before twelve, i do think the writing was stronger there, i just liked the arc of capaldi's run a lot and i adored his and clara's dynamic. i really really did not like eleven, which might be obvious since i literally never talk about him lol. nothing against matt smith but that version of the doctor was just deeply annoying to me and the writing was atrocious
