I know there are a lot of kids and teens who feel hopeless, lost, and even betrayed (especially by adults) but I’ve been there. And I’m on the other side of it. I was 16 in 2016 and just coming to terms with being trans. And I’m 24 now, having voted twice for president and in all of the “off-season” elections as well. I’m telling you that while it sucks now it won’t suck later and the only way to find out is to be there to see it.
