Haters Always Assume Instead of Just Asking or Actually Reading
No one other than bigots have explicitly said queerness is a disorder. Pluralpedia didn't either. Queergenic: being formed (or partially formed) from the experiences of being queer. This may include being discriminated or having trauma because of being queer, but not necessarily.
It mainly includes experiencing queerness differently because of things like autism. Autism is one of, if not the main disorder that can cause a system to be queergenic. Queergenic is caused by neurodivergence affecting how someone experiences their queerness. It's not that difficult to understand. I'm partially queergenic myself because of being autistic!
Also: plurality doesn't need to be "cured" or "treated" either. Neither does autism. Or honestly any form of neurodivergence. Things like therapy can help you to process and live with it, but it doesn't cure it because it doesn't go away, it's still there.
Plus, the only reason it's even on the lgbtq wiki in the first place was because a lot of systems have queer members in them! Not because "systems are inherently queer." That's like saying "why is fictosexual on there, not everyone is fictosexual, and that's like so specific it can't possibly exist!"
