In elementary school, my teacher used to do this thing called question monday, where we would all ask one question we were scared of asking, what if I brought it to this blog?

I know fandom spaces can be toxic, or some questions you have might feel embarrassing or small, but really they’re not! A lot of people might be wondering the same exact thing you are (or have in the past), also feeling too scared to ask!

Basically, just ask one question you’re scared to ask! It might help you, or if it’s not what you’re looking for, it might help someone else. Of course, you can ask questions on this blog at any time, but it might make it easier if there’s a dedicated day where multiple people are asking their own questions? Anyways, the ask box is there for anybody wanting to do it:)

Arrow my sweet I am so sorry you didn't get to relax with these questions last night after work, the whole day got away with me and after Hook I just really needed to pass out. But I'm here today! So pretend it's yesterday, grab yourself another glass of wine and let's get into it.

1) You said you rewatch Labyrinth every year on NYE. Are there any other films that you rewatch on a particular day and if yes what and what day?

1. I also usually watch Airplane, Monty Python Holy Grail, and assorted other silly things on New Years! Nothing else gets a specific day, just my little "start the year weird" tradition.

2. Sadly, no, unless it breaks with brute force. Yes I have tried. No I did not have the patience to try doing it properly.

3. Just regular blue! Mid to dark tone. But also rarely lol, I still wear jeans I bought in high school over 10 years ago.😂

1- hm yes, it’s between 1 and 2 am. it mostly comes from the fact that I love waking up fairly late in the morning (I have my alarm set for 10 every day lol) and I do like to get my 8 hours of sleep when I can

2- most jobs, I'd say?! look, I'm one of those horrible people who's found sort of the perfect career for her and could never imagine doing anything else ahsjsk like, I'm a freelancer working entirely from home, so already a 9 to 5 office job sounds like a nightmare to me (also see above about wake up time). and I could never do anything that requires physical exertion bc I'm lazy and also a 90 year old disguised in the body of a 30-something, so. does that answer your question 😆

3- for some reason a certain mariah carey song popped into my head 😏 I don’t have anything particular in mind, really. I like gifts where you can tell the person saw it in a shop and it made them think of you, or handmade presents really are the best ❤️

Question Monday - What If....

I’m going to ask this because I’m writing a new story and I want opinions.

Say Jackson didn’t die. He and Aaron continued on and went the distance. Ups and downs etc.

Robert coming onto the scene in 2014....do you think it was inevitable? Robert and Aaron would have still found their way to each other? Or would Jackson and his being there stop that?

Question Friday is such a party it's still going on Monday!! 🥳👯‍♀️🪩 Howl my treasure, my dove, thank you for these questions. What a lovely start to the week.

1) I cannot although I have looked at YouTube videos about picking locks with bobby pins in the past. I ALWAYS have bobby pins. So let's say I am always ready to pick a lock at a moment's notice. As long as I have my phone to access the vid.

On the wider question, I think I would be a killer Heist Planner. I am great at logistics, looking at situations from many different angles, and working out solutions to problems before they arise. In my mind your question about a simple lock pick has turned into Ocean's Eleven. I hope that's ok 🤣

2) So much greatness from the nineties! As it is Buffy's 25th anniversary I shall choose her. It's only semi-cheesy. It's still a great watch and holds up really well as I've been recently rewatching. Also, Giles is the actual hottie (Angel etc step aside).

Not 90s but that reboot of 90s classic Prince of Bel Air is intriguing. I loved it in it's original form and it was cheesy AF as all nineties sitcoms were. I hear this new take is a "gritty" version which reminds me of this gem:

It is meant to be good though so I'll give it a go. I DID watch Murder She Wrote. I've always loved a mystery although I must admit I can't remember even one episode.

3. I have two sets of coasters. One is a pale grey wood look because I am so frickin' classy. The other has kitty drawings doing various kitty things. It is adorable.

1. She turns 2 on Sunday and I'm already getting a taste of the "terrible twos". She has a strong personality as it is but add to that the crankiness and the constant pushing of boundaries and you end up with headaches at the end of the day on a regular basis. Still, I'd say this is my favourite period - she's quite affectionate and I melt whenever she pets my hair or gives me weird, open-mouthed smooches 😁😍

2. To begin with, I hate winter and the cold, so if I can NOT go out, I don't. But when I do, it's jeans and boots, a random sweater under a burgundy, thick jacket (with faux fur lining the hood 'cause I'm fashionable like that 😆), quite often a wool scarf and only sometimes a hat.

3. Nope, they've all come with me 😁🤦🏼‍♀️ I'm terrified of heights to the point where I can't even stand on a chair without the muscles in my thighs locking up. I strongly dislike and am afraid of frogs. Not a huge fan of the dark and I'm paralyzed with fear at the thought of catching my reflection in the mirror at night 🙄

1) When you're doing your speed-writes, do you pick the prompt ahead of time and ruminate/plan a little, or do you pick it on the day that it speaks to you and just, write it then and there? I'm very interested in your process!

2) If you were an assassin, what would be your calling card?

3) Do you mis-pronounce any words on purpose/for fun? If yes which?!

Hi Howl!💖 I never mind your questions, not to worry!

1. I actually don't pick them most of the time; with a few exceptions when I seem to get a lot of similar ones in a row or am really struggling, I just go for the oldest one in my inbox. If I have time I like to check the day before or in the morning to see what's up next and get a general thought started, but most of the time I just sit until I think of something and then go for it.

2. Ooh fun question! Depends on how much time between hits I suppose...a lacy hand-made shroud is quite the calling card but also quite time consuming. If it's a time crunch, I'm thinking a literal calling card with a little story about a fairy-tale creature that did the deed and a sketch of how they did it.

3. Not so much on purpose, but I mispronounce a lot of stuff that I read before I heard it spoken.😂 And yet...now that I'm on the spot I'm having trouble thinking of things, since I either correct it once I know or promptly forget.

But I hold that my version is usually better.
