What do you do when you realize that you might not be able to work a "normal" job or maybe any job at all ever?

What do you do when you realize that your disabilities affect what you are able to do in ways that are so against what you wanted to do and what you wish you could do?

What do you do when disabilities are actually disabling?

What do you do when other people don't understand even when they are disabled themselves?

What do you do in any situations where disabilities affect what happens?

What do you do when you need to tell people and make them understand that you are disabled and that means you can't do the same things as others?

are heart palpitations supposed to kinda hurt?? like

do they take your breath away, and sometimes cause chest pain, esp if there's several like all right after each other? sometimes they make me cough, and i usually take it as a sign i need to sit down (in which case it does help. but i do get them sitting sometimes so idk)

my mom says heart palpitations are "just a little flutter" and yet i keep feeling like im having heart palpitations???????

going to the doctor is impossible i just spent so much time and money for them to tell me i have literally nothing wrong with me not even palpitations so like i just don't know. no one has been able to tell me "yeah that is a palpitation" or not bc i try to describe it and they just look at me funny????

i've always had them but my pots-like symptoms were on the backburner for a while until my joint pain finally got to a point where it affected my ability to be active. so now they're so bad i can't even have decaf tea and im upset about it lmao. and its not anxiety despite what doctors want to tell me
