OO trial #1
found a recipe from here. i bet u know i am an oatmeal for breakkie kind of girl arent you ;) so i am super excited to try this recipe. :D
its just the perfect timing because the almond milk available in supermarket near my house again! yay! since last month i have been looking for this but sadly they were out of stock :/
but today i found it!! :D so, today's featured ingredient is obviously ALMOND MILK!
i kind of break the rule from the actual recipes. the recipes called for a rolled oats but since the only oatmeal i have is instant oat, so what should i do? go out to buy? helloo its already 11pm. lol.
so yea, heres some steps of how-to that i make..
{1} measure out oatmeal, for me 1/3 c is just enough to fill me up
{2} add 2 packets of equal and pinch of salt
{3} add my fave super food : CINNAMON
{4} personal additional ingredient: vanilla essence
{5} pour 2/3 cup of almond milk to the dry ingredients
{6} stir well
{7} wrap the bowl with plastic wrap
{8} "throw" to refridgeeyyy (dont really throw okay, unless you wanted to ended with oat covered fridge. eyew!)
.... anddd~~ i cant wait for tomorrow brekkiee <3
i am worried that the "batter" tonight is too watery. but lets see how tomorrow okie? ;) i will update the result for this 1st trial :D
and ofcourse, tomorrow some add-ons will be added ;D
i am confused between to make the oat nutty with sunflower seeds, or fruity with blackberry preserve, or cookie-ish with crumbled oreo. hmm.. any idea?
