That last ask reminded me that I never shared these updated design sheets that I put up on Artfight, and they turned out so nice I should have!
For those who don’t know this is a little cluster of oc’s from WAAAAAAAAAY back in the day that are still kicking around after all these years: The Rainbow Tribe! They were originally designed to be a backup team to help Rayman protect his world, but I decided to give them their own special duty. They’re the protectors of a secret lagoon on an island just off the Glade. The lagoon (Loomin Lagoon) is a rejuvenation spot for Lums to restore their powers, and as such is a valuable location of great magical energy. The Rainbow Tribe, along with their nymph guide Irena, keep the lagoon safe and protect the lums that visit there while also helping one another through their little found family setup, as they all have their own hang ups and past issues they need to work though.
They are still allies of Rayman and would come to his aid should he ever ask for it :)
I figured I should explain their abilities as there’s not much description on the pics themselves
Spike - Speedster: Run really really fast XD. Can run fast enough to cross water and travel up vertical walls.
DeeDee - Tech Vision: can look at a pile of tech elements and visualise how to turn them into gadgets. Think McGuyver or Lego Movie Master Builder ability :)
June - Lum Handling: Can speak to lums and draw them to her. Lums tend to swarm around and follow her.
Vert - Unbreakable defence: As long as his feet are touching the ground he cannot be moved or knocked over, and becomes and unbreakable shield for anything behind him. He has to be standing still to do this.
Matthew - Lightning Summon: can summon a bolt of lighting to channel from the palm or his hand or along his walking cane which can stun or paralyse his opponents.
Miist - Vapour Vanish: can transform into a cloud of mist and travel through solid objects. Her mist form is impervious to damage.
Guyon - Telekinesis: can pick up and move objects with his mind, but mostly uses it to control his scarf to give him an extra pair of hands.
