DAY 17: RAW VEGAN BANANA CINNAMON COCONUT DATE SMOOTHIE Still at my 21-day raw vegan challenge where I have at least one raw vegan meal a day. Maybe start off with a 7-day challenge first? ❓Neeways, sharing with you what I used to make this smoothie - based on Fully Raw Kristina’s recipe. 🍌 I also added in a swirl of the @benns_ethicoa chocolate because everything tastes better with chocolate, doesn’t it? Especially since this is single estate artisanal chocolate. (The choc isn’t raw but it is vegan!) 🍫 INGREDIENTS: 2 bananas, sliced 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 cup young coconut water 2 dates, pitted 1 pandan leave, cut into pieces METHOD: Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Melt chocolate in dehydrator and swirl on top of smoothie.
