Some don’t. (No shit right!?!?) one thing is for sure. Nothing beats real food for actual nutrients that will sustain your body and help you reach you goals. Your paleo, Keto, high protein, low fat, low carb, CANDY BAR (yes candy bar is all it is) won’t do shit for you. I have a friend on the paleo diet. This person often whips out these bars when they’re hungry. I’m like... You know that’s garbage right? “No it’s paleo” 🙄. READ THE INGREDIENTS. I asked why they eat those and the response is because it’s “easy” and they don’t have time to pack food in the morning. Well you had time to pack your fucking candy bar! I’m like look at the calorie to nutrient ratio! It’s garbage! (But it has protein)5g protein... 20+ grams of carbs from agave nectar😳. ITS STILL FRUCTOSE. Unless this is pre or post workout it’s garbage food. And you better throw in some real@protein with it. No other nutrients, no fiber, nothing (but there is chocolate). FUCK ME IN THE GOAT ASS. Here’s an idea, throw your favorite protein powder in a bowl of oats.
