I have existential ocd. i kept on asking myself “where am I? Is any of this real?” And I’m so anxious currently. I keep on asking myself is this a psychotic break but I’m scared to tell someone bc I’m afraid they’ll tell me I’m psychotic. I feel like I “have” to tell someone but I don’t want to. I googled for awhile to see if anyone else has this to make sure it’s just anxiety but I’m still afraid I’m having a psychotic break.
I keep on shutting my eyes and opening and closing them to make the thoughts go away and make me less anxious. Shockingly it’s not helping
I know I’ve talked about this before. I don’t care.
But it sucks that for me to look up stuff about OCD and find a community, I have to look up ‘actual(ly) ocd’ or ‘real ocd’
