I've Let Go ...

3rd January 2018, I have finally found the courage and will to let go of you ...

It's been a painful one month. You sitting quiet, expecting me to kiss your ass, while you laugh at me in your heart. Thinking I'm your slave to love and addicted to your dick - Yes, I know deep in you, you mock me.

But, one thing is sure, even if we came back together, I'd never love you the same. For I know how cruel and killing your ego is, and I have NO space for it in my life, as of now.

I've let go. Your birthday is next week Wednesday. Plans made, I've cancelled. I'm not your lady any longer, figure it out with those you hold close to your heart. My king will come, I'm in no haste.

I wish you'd come to your senses and come back to me, to us ... But I pray and hope you don't. I'm done living and trying to force my illusions to be reality. It's soul dehydrating and starving [Lord knows I do not need that]

I wouldn't mind if there is more stuff to buy with Scarecrow mark on it as long DC don't write him out of character. Will my relationship with the reboot is non existent but would like to know which stories you think flash out Scarecrow more while staying in character (no reboot for sure) also if you don't mind where did you get that black and white Scarecrow figure? Thanks in advance!

I think this is the same anon from before, so I assume you mean New52 when you say reboot. Since reboot is pretty general of a term, I’d appreciate it if you guys specified either New52 or Rebirth from now on. That way I can avoid any confusion.

Now, I’m still going to suggest that you should read some stories from New52. It looks like you read his origin (Cycle of Violence)  and not much else. I implore you to try and give other comics a chance. The DC fandom on tumblr has a bad habit of pretending that New52 doesn’t exist, while also telling new fans to avoid it completely. You may end up actually enjoying a few stories, but that won’t happen if you don’t give them a chance.

I’m repeating myself here, but I suggest Batman and Robin Eternal, it happens between New52 and Rebirth. Oh, and you might really like Forever Evil: Arkham War. A few other New52 comics that Scarecrow appears in include Batman: The Dark Knight Vol 2 and the Gothtopia. If you want more of some general suggestions that aren’t apart of New52, try anything on this list.  Also, you should definitely look into the I am Bane storyline that came out of Rebirth recently. Scarecrow appears briefly in issue 19 and it’s worth checking out!
