Best Sleeping Habits ...

1. Wear something easy to remove, comfortable and sexy. Make the work of your partner easy to peel off your clothes to reveal naked you. Yummy lingerie, loose boxer. Sleep naked for best results

2. Brush your teeth to encourage kissing

3. Don't carry work to bed

4. Minimize the use of phones or laptops, switch them off or put them on silent mode. Your partner needs attention, the bedroom is sacred

5. Move the baby to a separate room when the baby is of age. The child might have been conceived in the bedroom but is not meant to live in your bedroom that is an exclusive island for two

6. Man have that one spot besides her lips you kiss each night; whether it's her forehead, fingers, shoulders, back or ass. Woman, stroke him with your gentle touch, your fingers speaking love

7. Make a habit of praising each other's body, it makes you both comfortable and relax. Talk those bedroom matters

8. Pray together before you sleep, and when you wake up

9. Apologize and forgive if any wrong was done during the day. Don't sleep with a grudge or anger

10. Read your partner's body language. If you or your partner desires to make love, then rise to the occasion or wet up to the occasion; whether night or morning glory

11. Have pillow talks, open your heart and lips and talk intimate stuff. Say how you feel; are you troubled, grateful, broken?

12. Cuddle up when you feel sleep is fast approaching, drown into sleep as your bodies intertwine

Adieu, Father ...

My father died on Thursday morning, and I did not say good bye ...

Truth is, my father was a stranger to me, and there is no book of etiquette setting out the rules for a deathbed rapprochement between an estranged parent and his child.

I am grateful to have grown to be the child with the absent father, who never acted like it was a missing aspect of her life. I guess it is true what is said about being brought up by Kings of women; there may be no man, but you are groomed to be a man and a lady in one – “dad-less” boys like girls in my family were and are groomed so.

All I know is the man who gave me life, literally gave me who he is, in character and physically.

As years passed and my father made no contact, I found it easier and easier to, not deny him, but speak the truth about his absence.

Some years ago, I decided to find him, tracked him down, found my step-brother instead, who was overjoyed to finally have contact with me, through him, contacted my father.

But I received stilted words, embarrassed silences and a complete absence of explanation from him [although I already knew why he left].

Even so, I kept trying, he couldn’t. I stopped.

I have tried to make sense of his actions, but I realise now that we all make mistakes. We sometimes make the wrong decisions for the right reasons, and that can have catastrophic consequences.

Time has passed and I choose to believe that he is not a bad person. Weak and misguided perhaps, but not bad.

I think he has made a lot of mistakes in life and has paid for them.

No matter what, even God knows. I have truly forgiven him. And I hope he has forgiven himself.

Strengthen me in my inner self

Paving the way ...

Yeah, I am paving the way ...

I cannot be saying how much I love God and His precepts, but yet, not living in a way that has a way for me.

Yesterday, I spoke to them all ... The guys wooing me. The ones lying because all they want is my tooshie. The "trying to be cool via me" ones ... I have let them go

Of all of them, one stood out. He was like my best friend. He was that guy I'd rant about my boyfriend to. That guy I'd ait and be me, be free with, but never in love with ... Dunstan. Oh did he cry.

It was the weirdest thing in my life, but it made me realise something ... I was his Wilfred. He loved me, I just loved the friendship.

Oh Lord, I was sooo proud of myself at that point. I did let him go. I had to stop being what I cried for and what hurt me.

Here on, I am paving the way ... I am living like I'd love to be treated. Being honest and true and out ...

Marriage ...

Alot of people think marriage is a big mystery. Really, I have to disagree. I think it’s pretty simple, and if you follow along with me today then I think you’ll agree.

There are three kinds of marriages. First, I’ll tell you about a rotten marriage. A rotten marriage begins when you start with someone who lives out life for all they can take for them- selves. A rotten marriage gets full blown when you have a taker married to a taker, and all they do is take, take, take, take, take.

“This is what I need from you. This is what I need you to do.” This is a train wreck of a marriage that’s got kill switch sitting all over it and ultimately finds itself in my office because all they do is selfishly take, take, and take again.

What’s just about as bad is an abusive marriage. You get an abusive marriage when you have a giver married to a taker, and one gives and gives and gives until they’re run over by one who does nothing but take. It’s terrible. It’s not what the Lord is desires for us at all.

Second, something else He doesn’t want is a ho-hum marriage. This is the middle of the road marriage that’s neither diving nor thriving. I’ll tell you, you get this kind of marriage when you have two people who are neither givers nor takers. They just sit there lukewarm in their love.

Or, you can get a marriage like this when two givers are giving outside of their marriage before they give inside their marriage. Then, by the time they get to their marriage, they’re giver’s all gived out; they didn’t save anything for the most important human in their life.

Rather, here’s what God wants for us—and here’s a great marriage—is when a giver is married to a giver, and they put each other as first priority in their giving. If you fight about anything, it’s about who’s going to out-give the other.

“I’m doing this for you.”

“No, I was going to do that for you.”

“I’m doing this for you.”

“I was going to do it for you!”

That ought to be your first fight, who is going to out-serve their spouse.

Marriage really can be that simple. Choose to be a giver today and watch the transformation that happens in your home.

Lord Jesus,

Thank You for choosing to give me Your life before I ever gave You anything! Please help me to be an example of Your giving love in my home!

I've Let Go ...

3rd January 2018, I have finally found the courage and will to let go of you ...

It's been a painful one month. You sitting quiet, expecting me to kiss your ass, while you laugh at me in your heart. Thinking I'm your slave to love and addicted to your dick - Yes, I know deep in you, you mock me.

But, one thing is sure, even if we came back together, I'd never love you the same. For I know how cruel and killing your ego is, and I have NO space for it in my life, as of now.

I've let go. Your birthday is next week Wednesday. Plans made, I've cancelled. I'm not your lady any longer, figure it out with those you hold close to your heart. My king will come, I'm in no haste.

I wish you'd come to your senses and come back to me, to us ... But I pray and hope you don't. I'm done living and trying to force my illusions to be reality. It's soul dehydrating and starving [Lord knows I do not need that]

Divorce ...

Everyone wants to know about divorce. There are few topics about which it is so easy to step on people’s toes.

Jesus helps us understand God’s heart in this issue, telling us that, ultimately, God says that men and women who consummate the covenant of marriage are one person. How, then, can one person become two again? Simply put, they can’t. “What God has joined together, let not man separate.”

However, God does give us in His Word a small handful of reasons under which divorce is permitted—not the ideal, never intended, not His heart—but it is permitted. Here they are: First, divorce is permissible when adultery has been committed. If a husband or wife

breaks their covenant by committing adultery, then divorce is permitted.

Second, if an unbelieving spouse refuses to stay married to a believer. This does not mean that the believer is permitted to divorce the unbelieving spouse, only the other way around. It also does not mean that the believer is allowed to drive their unbelieving spouse to divorce. Rather, the believer should act in such a way—praying, submitting, serving, loving—that the unbeliever gets saved.

Third, if sexual immorality has been committed. This is broader than adultery, includ-

ing everything from pornography to drug use. The point of this one is to communicate that we must take the sanctity of our marriage seriously. Do not do anything that jeopardizes your vows.

Lastly, and this sums up the rest, God permits—not delights in, not desires—divorce when a spouse has acted treacherously. This means to act faithlessly, with intentional deceit, or to be purposefully unfaithful.

Let me be clear, our marriages should be an image of the relationship between Christ and His Church, where there will never be divorce. That is God’s heart and intention.

Unless your marriage qualifies under these four things, and even if it does, seek peace, seek reconciliation, seek unity, become one together.

Only as we work hard toward this end will our marriages become the image they are to be and fulfill all that God desires for them.

Not feeling me as she is feeling my siblings and knows where they are going in life.

Having “village” friends whom, in the long term, will make me depreciate in a manner, insulting to her long-years built name

Scared I would go visit traditional practitioners, and new churches ... Smh

Thought I'd just leave this here for the purposes of reflection.

Too many times we want things to happen, but our consciousness doesn't recognize the existence other twin of success, HARD WORK!

We just want things to manifest without the prerequisite effort and diligence.

Why?

When and how did we become a generation of laid back, complacent, self-sparing Kabashers?

See, face the fact, even God has to work to make things happen for you.

He worked SIX days and only rested on the SEVENTH to prepare the earth. And he worked systematically towards a purpose. Can you learn from that?

Everything about nature takes times and seasons and effort to manifest, but you tell yourself Jesus suffered so that you can enjoy ... They have been feeding you lies.

Where were you when Jesus was waking from one corner of Jerusalem to the other?

If Jesus were alive today would you have walked those long distances in the sun, along dusty and craggy roads with him? Remember he didn't use sunscreen. If you're still not convinced please watch NatGeo Wild.

See how the animals work for everything from food, to shelter, to procreation, to survival.

Baby animals are born able to walk and run just minutes after birth because if they don't they get eaten.

The weak never survive in the wild. This world is wild if you are weak, you better believe it's only a matter of time before the inevitable happens to your career, or to your life.

You owe it to yourself to wake up each morning running, with sharpened senses and even sleep with survival on your priority list.
