Okay, I am sneaking in under the wire, here. Thank you for the tags @flowersforthemachines, @biowaredisasterbisexual, @trevisianlynxx, @ofcrowsanddragons, @hyperions-light! I'm so late getting to this, but I hereby promise to read and comment on one of the fics in your posts. I can't wait!
I feel it might be cruel to tag anyone else at this late stage, but I would genuinely love to be tagged in if you haven't posted yet and decide to do so!
So, most of my fanfiction is written solo, but the biggest (in terms of both length and popularity, was co-written with @sharpest-tongue. It's Between the Grave and the Garden with 209 kudos and 56,047 words. I'm still astonished at it :D. It probably also qualifies for spiciest, but that's debatable.
All the links below are to stuff I wrote as sole author
most popular fic: Doors Are How You Go Out, with 340 hits and 54 kudos
I was somewhat surprised that this one was at the top; it's my own personal favorite, though! I love Spite so much. Have I mentioned that before? Spite, my beloved. 💜
shortest completed fic: Uses of Sorrow, at 614 words
I am so happy this one made the list, because it's close to my heart. Written for DATV Companions Taash Week, it explores some griefs that Taash and Lucanis have in common.
longest completed fic: Doors Are How You Go Out again at 13,043 words
While I was writing it I grew increasingly horrified at the length. Prior to this, most of my writing was far shorter. I think I've learned a lot about how to structure and sustain a longer story.
in progress fic i want to work on more: working title is Illario, Redolent because it was born from an A Word With A Friend drabble I spat out in early May
I've posted · some · snippets of this one, but the first draft is finally out for beta! I will be working on edits and hope to get it posted in January.
spiciest fic: Entanglement. The summary gives a hint -- Tonight, Neve wants more than conversation.
I felt like this wavered between Mature and Explicit. I do feel it crosses the line into the latter but also my gauge of that has gotten blurrier over the years. I guess generally if there are bodily fluids mentioned I consider it explicit 😄.
