I made a fancy dessert for Christmas! Not pictured: me, sitting on the couch eating my body weight in fancy dessert on Boxing Day.

The recipe is made from whole foods - fruit, nuts, coconut cream, non-dairy milks; and like, five different types of sugar.

It can be made gluten free as well as vegan, by tweaking the ingredients for the crumble topping.

The most obscure ingredient is agar powder, but that can be found in most health food shops, or online.
