Sometimes all you need is little alone time, where you seek adventures and give yourself the energy you give others. Love yourself and treat yourself better. There is no one who is going to treat yourself the way you will.

Don't wait for someone to treat you better, when you can do it yourself.

Disrupt/ Reconstruct workshop
I felt this workshop was a good one to do as my last one.
I did find it a bit overwhelming at the start, due to the amount of paper we printed (I always try to be substainable) and the lack of space we had to sort through it. But I still feel okay about my progress in it.
I found it very helpful to learn how to use the printer, to create distorted images and layered images (see first two pictures), something of which I would have never thought to do using it.
I also enjoyed when I got stuff up on the wall. I feel this really helped me to visualise ideas and good placements for work. Gemma helped me as well to get some good ideas rolling, especially one where I printed out the piano in parts, to create what looks like a jigsaw of it.
Overall, it was an okay workshop for me. From what I have printed out now, I will try use as much of the paper as possible to create work for my project.
