Does anyone know of any fanfic of tlg that takes canon scenes and expands on them and Shane's inner monologue during them? There are a lot of times I think Shane probably noticed a lot more about Ilya than we know because it focuses on Ilya's perspective. Or times he was struggling a lot more in general/with his anxiety, with having to hide his relationship with Ilya, and with knowing something was wrong with Ilya that he wouldn't tell him.

I think Ilya's struggles and belief that he was alone in them would have been even more devastating if we knew definitively that he wasn't. The contrast between Ilya thinking Shane would be content to stay in the shadows forever and Shane thinking how much he wished he got to have a public relationship like everyone else, and yearning to express his love for Ilya. The contrast between Ilya thinking Shane didn't notice his hurt or his sacrifice and Shane being worried sick about Ilya and feeling guilty that he couldn't comfort him and didn't have enough time with him to create an environment in which Ilya would feel ready to open up.

I have been thinking of writing something like this, but I take a long time nit-picking and perfecting my writing when it's something I care about and I'm not sure I'm up for it right now, so instead I'd like to read something like that if it exists. Maybe inspiration will strike.

Otome recommendations?

I’ve been looking for a good otome game to play lately. I’ve mostly stuck to phone apps in the past. I’ve played Mystic Messenger and The Arcana. I love Love and Deepspace so much, but I unfortunately don’t have the extra space on my phone anymore.

I’m trying to find something playable on switch, but there are so many otome games available for switch it’s overwhelming, I haven’t heard of most of them before. Does anyone have any good recommendations?
