If you're still doing fic recs, do you have any with jayroy and Lian dealing with normal parents and pta stuff?
I am still doing fic recs and I absolutely have that plus like a million other jayroy domestic fluff that I had to sort through. I'm keep the tabs open in case anybody wants regular ass domestic fluff later
Like the Wind Needs the Trees is a fic where Jason's been off galivanting and doing missions and shit for two years and comes back to find that Roy has a daughter?? and everyone knows but him???? it's mainly a get together fic because Roy has an established life with Lian and the arrowfam but there's a really nice scene in a park that has other parents involved
Some Kind of Disaster is one of my favorites and I might've actually already rec'd it? but anyway it's a fic series where Roy survives Sanctuary and Jason basically says "whelp I'm going to stick to your side like glue and never leave". and then Lian turns up. the fifth fic in the series is an ongoing that's exactly about jayroy dealing with other parents, and it just updated a bit ago! I was sure I was going to be recommending this as an incomplete for the rest of my day.
Besos is a phenomenal oneshot. jayroy are MARRIED and Jason is currently off doing whatever superheroing and both Roy and Lian really miss him. the scene with other parents is short, but I just really like this fic in general and it's worth recommending
is any fic rec list complete without one of my signature favorite authors? anyway so poisonivory has a fic called We'll Have to Muddle Through Somehow and it's about Roy just drowning in Christmastime stuff that needs to be done as a single parent and Jason comes over from Gotham to help him and also give him kisses
