ID Template for flags:

A flag with 9 stripes and a border; the stripes are horizontal. The first stripe has bumps that are made up of semi-circles, the second is a wide straight stripe, the third is a thin straight stripe, the fourth is a curved stripe, with half flat, and half wavy, and the center is a wavy stripe. After the center, the stripes repeat but in the inverse order. There is a semi-thick border around all sides of the flag.
