next up: cave mod?
Rest day! Yes a rest day in the middle of the week. Not a no movement day, just a break from the routine so I can come back stronger tomorrow. I'm saving my movement for this evening. Yoga sounds wonderful. There's a tendency to think of breaks as time saved for the weekends or vacation. But a short break in any routine gives us time to "rest and repair" ourselves. It can be as simple as finding a few minutes in our workdays to pause and breathe. Getting away from our workspaces for even 5 minutes can give us space to re-center and re-ground. Why not make today your rest day? Let me know below what you're planning for your rest break. . . . . . . . #restandrepair #pause #breathe #recenter #reground #trusttheprocess #ican #iwill #icandohardthings #itstartswithme #itstartsnow #loveyourbody #loveyourself #strongvibes #mindbodyconnection #bodymovement #fitatanyage #fitateveryage #fitmindset #fitnessisnotasize #myjourney #mypath #progressnotperfection #nonscalevictories #mylife #moveeveryday #everydayismoveday (at Bronx, New York)

Finished up the subaru this weekend! Absolutely love the the way it feels now. It is so much smoother through the rev range, Pulls much harder, and sounds all around stronger. This is how the car should be from the factory. Still no rumble because I haven't gotten to exhaust work yet but I have everything together. Went to do some logging for the upcoming tune with my buddy and I pulled into his driveway and smell burning oil. The rear cam seals were nearly blown off and it looks like the front might be weeping a bit. I guess that's what I get for not going OEM with seals. Another stop at subaru tomorrow.
Hecticness
So the past few months have been pretty hectic. Mason Spade had a huge show, I’ve lost more weight from working out, healing from Cancer, practicing this vegetarian thing, constantly trying to stay creative in the studio with KV Statuz and still finding time for myself to rest and meditate. Somehow I steadily began to neglect myself, ate a lil sugar- no bueno-, but like Aaliyah said- if at first you don’t succeed dust yourself off and try again. Anyways, I moved into a bigger home as well- freakin huge- have to set time aside to furnish properly, still getting settled in but I love it! Also my spirituality has taken a bit of a leap! I am trusting my intuition, becoming more knowing than thinking! Sometimes we as human beings get caught up in the aspect of thinking because it is so fun, but it’s time to know - know the truth, know your body, be in a complete state of knowingness. So to all those that have been bombarded with life challenges and emotional issues these past few months( which is most of you) make sure you meditate and center yourself. Don't let chaos win. Reground and stay positive through ALL situations.
The fellows Marco La Porta and Riccardo Setti from Tuscany are two djs sharing passions and music preferences. On this basis they have joined forces in 2011 giving life to Low District project. Both fans of electronic music in general their sound is focused on underground rhythms strictly between 118 and 122 bpm. Marco and Riccardo also love to mix their Soul, Dub and Old School roots with the Deep/Electro moods moving away from stereotypes of Tech-House and embracing the character of Indie Dance/Nudisco. Their DJ Sets are always groovy and various, from the smooth deep house atmospheres to acid jazz as well as through the energetic and warm march of House music. 'New Wave Ep' on Pavi & Simon C's label Reground makes no exception to Low District philosophy so what you get here is two tracks: 'Soap Mountain' and 'Crashed' which represent a perfect mix of the above mentioned ingredients. Both works also received the remix treatment by Pavi & Simon C which have interpreted the tracks with their balearic feeling and a deeper character.
