They just don't get it

Will ubiquity and betterfly and there civilian forms get a redesign to and how would the episode change with the changed miraculous powers like the rooster

I actually really like Ubiquity/Reverse!Alya and Betterfly/Reverse!Gabriel's designs, though there ARE a few changes I may make, but as of now, possibly? The only design I really wanted to change is Post-Special Shadybug as it was a bit of a disappointment, and likely Reverse!Adrien as well (cause WHAT is his hair style)

As for your second question, the special itself is going to follow at the very least a similar outline to how it goes in canon, like with Monarque helping Shadybug and Claw Noir but by the end they're heroes

And in truth, the Rooster's power being changed only changes the very end of the special, so Monarque couldn't travel to different worlds so that final battle between him and the alternate Marinette's would simply just not take place

(The only other power change that would effect the story at all is not being invulnerable when Shadybug and Claw Noir attacked him but that's very minor)

In short: As of now I'm only redesigning the alternate Ladybug and Adrien, though I might redesign the others too, and the special is barely changing in terms of what happens DURING the special, in other words it's just adjusting the special to work with the new story I'm telling as some things will be different compared to canon

Hi! I’m currently having a hard time, with chronic pain flare ups, and am re-reading Eversion, one of my favorite works of yours. It helps. (I originally ended up playing the game thanks to it). I’m at Chapter 17: High Ball, and wondered how you go about writing and researching such an intense drug trip? It’s so good. Anyway you for writing such fantastic works.

As for the High Ball chapter, I have a very unsatisfactory answer for you which is: 'I made it up.'

As in: 'I used my imagination because I'm a writer and wrote it based off what I imagine a really bad trip to be like. Especially because it was a synthetic drug so I didn't need to base it on anything real.'

The only thing I had to research were the names of the drugs used to make the drug itself, but I wasn't out there researching bad trip experiences / bad drug experiences. I know a little from research in the past on the use of LSD to treat PTSD (and some of the negative side effects of this), but yeah.

My job as a writer is to imagine things, and this is one of those areas where it's going to make everyone groan but I didn't do anything to 'go about writing/researching an intense drug trip' beyond sitting down and imagining Connor going through an intense drug trip and writing that.

That's my job x.x I don't research about 90% of the things that I write, that's what my imagination is fooooor. I do read a lot of non-fiction, which I think is good practice (it's good to have a scientific understanding of the body if you're going to be writing bodies and it's good to have a general understanding of mental health stuff if you're going to be writing mental health stuff - but the good news is a lot of naturally curious people learn things about this anyway).

Er so yeah, anon, I just... I just literally sat down and wrote it in one take. And that's how that scene happened.

please do not repost my art alright im so sorry for the super low quality on these but!!! ive seen the su gf crossovers. so im bringing you something totally out of left field- an su reverse falls crossover... au... thing. basically?? i thrust steven into mabel gleeful’s shoes and then thrust connie into reverse pacifica’s shoes and it has been more fun than i care to admit to fuck around with this concept! this is very shitty doodle but it was fun so!!! on the nature of the idea itself, steven isn’t a gem! he implanted one of the amulets into his stomach, and he. definitely kills people. connie found journal 3 and has been learning more about this weird shitty backwoods town she lives in! and also learning that, despite steven being kind of cute, he’s also... really evil and terrible. which is less fun. theyre also both eighteen bc the nature of this au is really dark and can get violent and i dont want to put a pair of sixteen year olds through smth like that hahah!
