6. Set you spent the most time on: definitely the one with Jyn/Cassian in all the various romcoms and movie AUs because hooooo boy, finding all the scenes that could work together, getting the different movies I needed, putting them together took TIME. worth it though <3

14. Favorite typography on a set: typography is one thing I always struggle with but I like the typography on the second gif of this bi!Jyn set in particular. I think that turned out fun-looking.

This sat in my askbox for so long because I could not seem to come up with a single museum. Admittedly I've not been to very many museums but also every one I have been to just. Fell out of my head. HOWEVER, today I realized I actually have an excellent idea. Hear me out.

Our target is the National Music Centre in Calgary, Alberta. There is very little there that is of great interest to me. What there is that is absolutely of great interest to me is a fully operational Kimball Theatre Organ. It was originally built to provide a live soundtrack for silent films. It has wind and string sections as well as a full percussion section and it takes up an entire room at the museum. I saw someone play it in a demonstration once three years ago and I've thought about it regularly since. Actually amazing, I wish I could find a video of the specific songs I heard performed but this is good too.

We're probably gonna need a pretty big crew for this seeing as there are rather a lot of very heavy pieces but I feel confident we can do it, and then we can all learn to play it! Taking volunteers now.

For the sake of this ask let’s just pretend you got home after a particularly long day at work and you find an oversized stoat wearing a monocle, a top hat, what appears to be the Florentine Diamond hanging from a shoestring around its neck, and a vintage Power Rangers t-shirt. And you know, to have you sign some silly but also standard little forms promising not to seek karmic retribution against the MLCCS or any of the subsidiaries.

In my desperation to pay rent, I sold an acoustic guitar that my loving parent gifted me for my sixteenth birthday. If it helps, I named the guitar Autumn in tribute to that one Fall Out Boy song. While I sold the guitar to a loving home, I have missed playing it. We made a lot of memories in my childhood room, empty stairwells with great acoustics, and a couple of stages. If you were handed a billion dollar check and had access to any company or talent needed to pull it off to your standards, what book would you turn into a movie?

ooooooooh this is NOT a simple question 😅

I've been thinking about this all evening and I've changed my answer like four times and I'm still not entirely sure, but I think I'm going to go with Ghost Talkers by Mary Robinette Kowal, which is a paranormal spy novel set in 1916 about a medium who passes messages from the ghosts of dead soldiers on to the British army. I'm not entirely sure why it came to mind, because it's been several years since I read it? But idk I just feel like it could make a really cool movie if you did it right and I feel that with a billion dollars I could totally do it right, all fantastical and tragic. Cool ghost visuals are of upmost importance here.
