I'm not a fan of yoga. It's excellent for your body and mind, but I just don't like it. I've tried it in different times in my life, a lot of different places, but nope! A suck fest workout that went on for almost 20 min!!! 5RFT 20 Burpees 15 strict pull-ups (I kipped the last 5 of each set) 5 strict HSPUs I don't hate burpees but they're, exhausting, strict pull-ups are slow moving and I still can't kick up to a handstand.
