Everyone has a place in New York. Even beings not from this world: demons, demigods, specters, fairies, succubi, incubi and many more mingle with the city's supernatural population and contribute to the rich way of life. Nereida panted as she leaned on the door frame of the caretaker’s room. “Um… I was out on a hunt and I guess I wasn’t alone…” Her clothes were mostly torn to shreds, deep cuts all over her arms, torso, and legs. Her blue gaze slid to the woman and she let a soft grin creep across her face. “I wounded the beast pretty bad though~”
