love your blog hope you win! seriously this blog is like the one place I have found sane opinions about drag race, and I love your Raja and Raven content!!!
Thank you ❤ I try my best to always be rational with my opinions, which I know is not always the case on this website lol. And I always appreciate more Raja and Raven love! They don’t get a ton on here
“The kind of man who does that isn’t worried about the critics, he is not worried about how much money it’s going to make. What he’s doing is saying we get a chance to celebrate life when we make movies, when we make art, and it is my personal goal to be as much like Gary Marshall in my career and in my life.”
-Rory O’Malley on Gary Marshall giving him a line in one of his movies that mentions his husband. This moment is very good at summarizing why I continue to fall in love with theatre and live performance. It is nothing short of beautiful and heart filling.

it just keeps on rushing at you day by day by day by day. You don’t know, you don’t know what it’s like to live that way. Like a refugee, a fugitive, forever on the run. If it gets me it will kill me, but I don’t know what I’ve done!

and also acting “smaller” is actually more difficult in my opinion? anyone can overact
exactly. plus there are plenty of big hams on television and in the movies, i honestly do not understand what the comment was supposed to mean. i am just so appalled because a majority of the community has such a superiority complex when it comes to film acting when a laughable amount of these direct people have never taken a film acting class or studied film acting!!! if film acting was easy, everyone would be a film actor, wouldn’t they? obviously, stage acting is hard, but are we going to compare the two? it is literally apples and oranges, and anyone who truly cared about acting wouldn’t make an uninformed comment like that.
