The Finale Is As Close As I Can Smell The Panic Sweat ...
Maybe I'm exaggerating ;-) Though I'm excited when my 100 day program must end tomorrow! (rsb17) I've reached as far as I have never thought I could. Isn't it amazing what we can accomplished if we just try hard? Results are yet to come.
Phase #2
I triggered phase #2 today: This is gonna get tremendously massive! Chest was due and I worked on it for 75 minutes. Feels good, looks good! (Cable & bench.)
Morning Struggle
So I had an argument this morning with my pants and belt. Since I believed I might have gained some weight they've kept dropping. Eventually I accepted it and changed to tightening the belt. Awesome!
Routine. Works.
I'm so happy today I was back to my routine of having sports session of over an hour. Hump day is chest day tradionally: Incline & flat bench plus lifting plate over my head.
For The Records
100% attandence at the gym in January. Did someone say New Year’s resolution?!
Look what the cat dragged in. I think I'm gonna keep my new roommate. We can watch TV together. 💪 (And don't mention that I have no cat. Just don't.)
First Success To Be Seen
It’s one week in the “reshape & beyond” program and it’s already so revealing! How much a balanced caloric intake is doing for you despite the clean nutrition itself. I lost 1.4 kgs weight of 1.9 kgs estimated by March 5th. Of course it costs me some muscles (by a two third to one third relation) but the direction is clear:
Being dedicated is the big thing to achieve!
(Body fat was down to 10.9% from 11.7%)
